You must be an account admin/owner to be able to remove an admin user and by following these steps:

1. Click on the gear icon ⚙️ in the top right
2. Click on "Account Settings"
3. Click on the "Users" tab
4. Click on the "Remove" for the user you want to remove and confirm by clicking on "OK"
