Setting up a custom domain allows you to point to slimwiki.com. To enable a custom domain you will need to create a CNAME entry pointing to slimwiki.com on your DNS host, (example: wiki.acme.com -> slimwiki.com).
1) Create a CNAME entry on your DNS host that points to slimwiki.com
